Can I request a specific colour or style?
Yes — leave a note in the gift message field at checkout, or call us directly. For custom bouquets above €150, contact the studio for a personalised consultation.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Within Kaunas, yes — for orders placed before 14:00. After that we deliver the same evening or next morning.
What if no one is home for the delivery?
Our driver will call the recipient and, if possible, the buyer. If no contact is made, the bouquet is brought back to the studio and we'll arrange a second delivery or in-store pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
For fresh bouquets — no. For preserved and dried arrangements — yes, to the EU, UK and USA. Contact us for a quote.
Can I include a gift card or chocolates?
Yes — gift add-ons are available at checkout, and we can include a handwritten card with your personal message at no extra cost.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy with what you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either remake the arrangement or refund the order — flowers are perishable and we take quality personally.
