Delivery & areas+
Kaunas city: delivery within 24 hours, often same day if ordered before 14:00. Free for orders over €100, otherwise a flat €6 fee.
100 km radius from Kaunas: next-day delivery to surrounding towns (Kėdainiai, Marijampolė, Jonava, Prienai, Ukmergė and others). Flat €15 fee, free for orders over €150.
Other Lithuanian cities: available on request — please contact us with the address and date.
International (EU · UK · USA): available for select arrangements and dried/preserved bouquets. Contact us for a quote.
In-store pickup: always free, please order at least one business day in advance.
Flower care+
A few simple habits will keep your bouquet looking fresh for a week or more:
- Trim 2 cm from each stem at a 45° angle before placing in water.
- Use cool, clean water and change it every two days.
- Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
- Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, radiators, and ripening fruit.
- Re-cut stems every few days when changing water.

Can I request a specific colour or style?
Yes — leave a note in the gift message field at checkout, or call us directly. For custom bouquets above €150, contact the studio for a personalised consultation.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Within Kaunas, yes — for orders placed before 14:00. After that we deliver the same evening or next morning.
What if no one is home for the delivery?
Our driver will call the recipient and, if possible, the buyer. If no contact is made, the bouquet returns to the studio and we arrange a second delivery or pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
For fresh bouquets — no. For preserved and dried arrangements — yes, to the EU, UK and USA.
Can I include a gift card or chocolates?
Yes — gift add-ons are available at checkout, and we can include a handwritten card at no extra cost.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not happy with what you received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll remake the arrangement or refund the order.

Orders & payments
All orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in EUR and include Lithuanian VAT.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window (or 24 hours before pickup).
Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order. Your data is never sold to third parties. We comply with GDPR.
